    What if I'm already talking to a builder? If you’ve already started discussions with a specific builder, we generally won’t be able to offer our free service with that particular builder.     What if I already have a builder in mind?

    Yes. If you need help sourcing land, we integrate this into our overall service. We take the time to understand your budget, location preferences, and build goals, then help identify suitable options that align with your project.

    This land support is provided as part of our full service — not as a standalone offering — and includes assistance with house & land packages.

    Can you help if I already have my own house plans?

    Yes. If you already have plans from an architect or designer, we can focus on helping you find builders experienced in custom construction who can accurately quote and deliver your design.

    If you also need assistance sourcing suitable land for your plans, we can incorporate that into the process.

    Won't builders be resistant to independent inspections?

    Some builders have questions initially, which is understandable.

    In practice, independent inspections help identify issues early, reduce rework, and support clearer communication between all parties. Many builders value this approach because it protects build quality and supports smoother projects and stronger client relationships.

    How can I be sure the building inspectors are truly independent?

    We work with reputable, certified inspection companies that have no affiliation with the builders involved.

    Inspectors are paid directly by us, not by the builder, and their role is solely to assess quality and compliance — providing unbiased reporting and peace of mind.

    What stages of the build will the inspectors check?

    Inspections typically occur at key construction milestones, including:
